  • 8/10/2019, at approximately 6:30 am, Epstein was discovered unresponsive in his MCC jail cell. Preliminary investigation revealed a series of protocol failures by MCC personnel, and technical failures/deficiencies within MCC. As a result, a death investigation was initiated.
