10/28/2009 – FBI Miami Palm Beach RA opened an obstruction of justice case with subject Alfredo Rodriquez, a former employee of Epstein. Rodriquez failed to comply with a federal subpoena and attempted to sell the requested documents to the attorney for $50,000.
