You are correct, you should confer with and make sure you’re all on the same page regarding everything Epstein. However, this case is being top-driven on both sides (FBI and SDNY) due to the incredible amount of media attention it has received. If the AUSAs don’t get what they want they will involve their brass which will of course involve ours. I think it would be good idea for us to get on call and make sure we’re all on the same page. I am not sure and his team are entirely happy, maybe we can come to an agreement on solutions. Let me know when you are available.¶
