Not sure why I can’t see the entire agreement with the writer, as it certainly relates to his/her participation in any option purchase, but I will ask.¶

I have not heard back from Frida since the last email five days ago, in which she’d mentioned a possible meeting with all of us to discuss where we are. I did send her two more emails this morning, one of them following up on your suggestion of a shopping agreement to bridge the time between now and a final¶

option agreement, but I have yet to hear from her.¶
Signed a collaboration agreement with her ghostwriter prior to my involvement, and although I have a copy it is a scanned PDF that I cannot cut and paste from. Should have a copy she can share with you, but I have reviewed it and the financial split does include any licenses that might derive from the book content. And for what it’s worth, she (Michelle) was fully on-board with accepting the offer that and I had discussed accepting. If does not have the agreement I can copy and send you whatever section you need to see.¶

Steve: We can set up a shopping agreement as we work out the terms for the option purchase. But customarily, a markup like the one I sent is responded to with a written reply, not just “we are losing time”¶
I also realized that we are not in receipt of any language regarding how the ghost writer participates in this option purchase. We would appreciate your providing those details.¶
