When you send me the contact information for your father, mother and step mother, rest assured that this does not mean that they will be called by someone for Maxwell, and rest assured that if they are called, they do not need to speak to whomever calls. Brad and I will place calls to your relatives in order to give them this assurance. Of course, if they do choose to speak with someone who calls, their only obligation is to tell the truth in answer to questions they choose to answer. But a call that is made to them does not need to be answered. They are not under subpoena power or other legal compulsion to speak to anyone.¶
