Only a few weeks to go now, how are things going your side? I’m starting to get very nervous the closer we get. I guess because I have never had to do something this serious and am also in uncharted waters.¶

I need to start making arrangements for my trip over to the US, as I need to organise transportation and the animals boarding kennels etc. I would also like to start booking flights.¶
We have previous discussed accompanying me to NY when I have to testify for trial. I am sure you can appreciate that I cannot do this without the aid of a loved one by my side for support. Please can you look at having air flight covered by expenses. I would find it very difficult without him there and your understanding would be greatly appreciated.¶
Has the court date been set yet? Also have you got any ideas on dates when I have to testify.¶
I am prepping my side and if there is anything more I can do to help you, please let me know. Even if I can take some of the load off you I don’t mind. I appreciated that tensions are running high.¶
