Pursuant to a Proffer Agreement, CHRISTIAN PEREZ was interviewed at the Southern District of New York (SDNY), 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York. In attendance for the Proffer interview were Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) , AUSA , FBI Special Agent , and FBI Task Force Officer Detective¶
After being advised of the identity of the interviewing investigators and the nature of the interview, PEREZ provided information relating to the investigation. (See attached notes taken by )¶

• moved to SHU approx. 1.5 months ago.¶
• On J-Tier, room 20S, in cell by himself.¶
• Cellmate was Sears (cadre) for a dog, no cellmate for over 30 days. When first arrived was on L Tier.¶
II. Epstein¶
· When he first arrived, heard people called for many but Epstein said no.¶
· Heard Epstein regretted to go to suicide water. May inmates in SHU ask to go to suicide watch for a break from SHU.¶
· Heard Epstein was going to legal a lot.¶
· CP can see people enter/exit SHU from his cell, and saw Epstein coming and going.¶
III. Epstein Death¶
Not sure when try found him. Learned he was definitely dead Saturday night around dinner time when a CD confined it.¶
“Jeffrey” was across the hall from Epstein + may have seen something.¶
On Saturday night, after he was confined dead, someone on M-Fier was yelling¶
“Ms. Noel is a murderer.”¶

They are cadre who work in laundry. They deal in cigarettes and k2.¶
- people place orders via cellphone + pay with Cash App. Cadre bring contrabal to insulin area and give it to runner from a wort.
