This matter came before the Court on Defendant, JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S, Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to file a Reply to Plaintiff, Jane Doe's, Response in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Strike Cases from Current Trial Docket. Having considered Defendant's Unopposed Motion and Plaintiff's counsel being in agreement with the requested extension, it is HEREBY ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:¶
Defendant's Unopposed Motion is GRANTED. Defendant shall file a Reply to Plaintiff, Jane Doe's, Response in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Strike Cases from Current Trial Docket on or before June 26, 2009.¶
