Guest, Elder, Children, Pet Care Standard The standard for care of all people and animals is 5 Star in all aspects. Protocols Principal has no elderly parents, children, or pets to take care of. Guests are to be sent personal preference item request forms to complete before arriving to fulfill their needs while visiting. Guests are to be transported by islands staff to and from the island. Guests are to be greeted by staff upon arriving and departing, and escorted by staff as requested while visiting. Guests are to be served as the Principal is served while visiting to insure their accommodations, comfort, meals, and any entertainment are of the highest standard. Schedules If guests are attending an event of the Principal, schedules are to be provided before hand and updated as required for all guests.
