Pursuant to the District Attorney’s request, the U.S. Attorney’s Office intends to disclose these items to Deborah L. Morse, Assistant District Attorney, at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2011. Pursuant to the terms of the Non-Prosecution Agreement, the Office is hereby giving you notice of this intended disclosure.¶
