attorney called and she would really like full immunity. I said no, so she will have to come and testify in front of the grand jury and assert the fifth as to each question. I will start putting together a list of questions for her and send it to you. I also am wondering whether we should subpoena any records from her to bring with her to the grand jury.¶
I told him that we will need to see her on a Tuesday in June, he is going to call me back with a date. I also told him that we would pay for her plane ticket but not his.¶
