Your name has been reported to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as a person who has been given access to materials of Federal Grand Jury 07-103(WPB), in regard to Investigative Matter, In Re: Operation LeapYear. No grand jury material may be utilized by you for civil or administrative proceedings, nor for any other purpose that the enforcement of federal criminal law. Grand Jury proceedings are secret. Unauthorized disclosure of matters occurring before the grand jury is a violation of Fed. R. Crim. P 6(e), and may be punished as a contempt of court.
