Team,¶
Attached are the background documents I’ve received from Legat Gonzalez, ALAT Dreher, and AS Parkhouse. The Legat Brasilia Visit – Summary is the primer we discussed on the call this afternoon and the “Brasilia personnel notes” is a summary of a call with DOS, IOD EM, and AMU summarizing much of the current situation from 8/9. If you have any questions, please let me know. I’ll follow with a separate email to ALAT Dreher to schedule your on-site interviews.¶
Thank you,¶
