All files should be wrapped 2 times & fiber taped on all edges and creases of envelope (sealed).

First wrapping should have GJ stamp on front and back, second wrap should not show GJ stamp.

They should be placed in a box then brown paper wrap that box.
This is the same way you would wrap a Secret file for shipment. Just, replacing the red secret stamp for the GJ stamp.¶
