I have requested the rap sheets for both Noel and Thomas – I will have those to you today.¶
- the hard drive containing the phone data from Thomas’s phone is ready for pick-up. I can bring that over to you tomorrow – just let me know when you’re available.
The video download is still in progress. FBIHQ is going to take care of the hard drives for discovery and send everything to me. I will let you all know when I have them.¶

is joining the team for trial. She’s an experienced and talented AUSA and we’re very happy to have her on board. (And it definitely seems the case is going to trial, based on what the defense counsel have told us).

For discovery, we need to produce the 302’s/MOIs for all interviewees. We are missing the reports for the following. Could you please send them ASAP?
