FBI SA (cell ) and NYPD TFO Det. (cell ) plan to interview Noel this morning in the Bronx. I will meet them there. Subsequently, they plan to go to Plainfield, NJ ( , ) and attempt to interview Thomas. (cell ) agreed to meet them in NJ for this interview. According to , these two found Epstein in the cell.¶
