Please find attached a DRAFT version of VSD’s Family/Victim Briefing Guide for Law Enforcement. This guide may have language that refers to a victim briefing after a mass casualty, but the thought process remains the same and is very scalable to include victim briefings in non-mass casualty cases. I thought this may be useful as you prepare for the Epstein briefings. Please do not disseminate as this is still in DRAFT form.¶
