As stated in the below email, I’ll be sending an updated list every day by 1:00 p.m. containing updated information about cases with upcoming litigation releases deadlines. Looks like AUSAs were instructed to seek stays in most cases, but the situation is very fluid at this time. We will monitor PACER to ensure timely dissemination of the most updated information that will assist in making determinations on employees status (excepted or non-excepted).
