Please be advised that effective upon the closing of the purchase and sale of all the outstanding Membership Interests of JEGE, LLC, a U.S. Virgin Islands limited liability company (the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of that certain Membership Interest Purchase Agreement, dated May 2, 2019, by and between Jeffrey Epstein, as the Seller, and Aviation Development Group, as the Purchaser, the undersigned, Lawrence P. Visoski, Jr., hereby resigns as the Manager of the Company.¶
