Also, we do not believe that Dershawitz was formally involved with Epstein’s defense in any of the Federal matters. Obviously, we do not know conclusively about the Florida state matter, but nobody remembers him being part of the defense team in that matter either.¶

BLUF: Alan Dershowitz (Dershowitz) is referenced in the Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking investigation within two FD-302s. Dershowitz was not considered a subject in this investigation and no evidence was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of minors. The following is a description of the content of these FD-302s and the manner with which Dershowitz was referenced.¶

Dershowitz received a massage from ”.” understood these massages to be more professional massages and different than the massages the girls provided.¶
