We have been waiting since at least September 2020 for SDNY to complete the prosecution memo to get the above individual indicted on sex trafficking of three adults through SDNY. Despite and my efforts to move this along, we have not been able to get anywhere. Please let me know if you can call over to SDNY to see what the hold up is. The AUSAs are and . From what we understand, was put on the Maxwell team, which is part of the issue.¶
