So this is interesting. The IBESR reported 66 children were at the unlicensed orphanage and 15 who had died for lack of oxygen. How could they only pick up 28 children from the NGOs other orphanage? That is only 43. That math does not add up. They had the protections of minors from the DCPJ…. the same authorities who have testimony from over 20 victims of a serial child abuser, Michael Geilenfeld. They also have the arrest warrant and red Interpol arrest warrant.¶
This is all a show. Ambulances … plural showed up to assess the children? There are probably only 25 ambulances in the whole country. I was trying to get one for the minors who were being treated at the Baptiste Mission on Sunday. It was in Jacmel and might be able to get to Fermathe by Tuesday or Wednesday if this week.¶
None of this story adds up. I get the distinct feeling IBESR Villadroin wants us to believe she was doing everything in her power even though she has no funding except for the little $24 million in aid from the senate Appropriations Committee. Where did that go?¶
She should step down immediately. She is negligent and I hold her responsible for the 20 toddlers deaths.¶
This proves this is part of a much bigger problem for orphaned and abandoned children. They deserve so much better.¶
