Per the SDNY AUSAs nothing it to be released. If SDNY has agreed to something with opposing counsel in the civil suit they have not notified me. SDNY has been going direct so I can forward the details of the request to the team if you don’t mind.¶

ADC is working with USAO regarding the civil requests so I am cc’ing her for awareness. As ADC advised below, we are not disclosing any information regarding the Maxwell/Epstein matters at this time.¶
Hi – to the extent any of those names relate to the Maxwell case/appeal, then yes, you should be consistent with SDNY and let FINCEN know that the FBI does object to the release of the info.¶

Would legal like to chime in on this? We have a request to release documents from Fincen related to Maxwell/Epstein. This is connected to a civil court proceeding. USAO isn’t releasing anything since ongoing appeal for Maxwell. Should we be consistent?¶
