SDNY prosecutor email on USVI settlement ending need for agent testimony

I just got a call from counsel for the USVI confirming that they have settled their case, so they no longer need SA testimony. No need to do anything further on this, as the USVI has withdrawn its request. I’m cc’ing so that he is also aware.¶
