In role, he is familiar with records like GX 741 b/c of his role in the external audit. Some of the transactions auditors test relate to contributions from donors. They test 20-25/year, and auditors ask for the thank you letter, so has to go get it from the philanthropy process. Used to be paper, now it’s electronic b/c of Salesforce.

GX 744 reports out of Salesforce, which is used for many parts of their business (e.g. admissions, student accounts receivable). Hasn’t run this particular filtered report personally but could do that.
