On August 2nd, 2019, Special Agent (SA) met with FRANK SENERCHIA (SENERCHIA) in the lobby of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) office at 290 Broadway, New York, New York 10007. Also present during the meeting was SA. SENERCHIA worked for Orion Investigations Inc. at , phone number¶
SENERCHIA was tasked by the legal counsel representing JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN) to meet with SA to take custody of valuable property that was being released by the FBI non-relevant to the investigation against EPSTEIN.¶
When SENERCHIA arrived, SA presented (1) blue in color hard shell suitcase secured by combination locks and (1) black in color canvas suitcase. SA then item by item, reviewed the contents of both suitcases against what was listed on the FD-597 Receipt for Property inventory. The items were as follows:¶

After reviewing the contents of the suitcases with SA, SENERCHIA signed two FD_597 Receipt for Property forms and was provided a copy. At that time, SENERCHIA departed the premises with the aforementioned property.¶
