Details: Captioned matter was initiated in July 2006 after the Palm Beach Police Department (PBPD) requested the assistance of the FBI. PBPD reported that they had an ongoing investigation regarding EPSTEIN procuring underage girls from local high schools to perform massages and sexual acts at his residence.

The victims were usually recruited by other underage females and after performing various acts were paid sums of money in the $200-$1000 range.

During the FBI investigation a victim, was identified. It was reported was working at a local resort when she was approached by MAXWELL to meet EPSTEIN at his residence. agreed and soon began traveling with EPSTEIN to various locations outside the state of Florida.

An identified victim, at age 14, was introduced to EPSTEIN by who was 17 at the time. During their first meeting, and simultaneously performed a massage on EPSTEIN. During the massage, EPSTEIN asked to remove her clothing and disrobed. observed EPSTEIN have sexual intercourse with EPSTEIN paid $300.00 at the conclusion of their meeting. advised that had been missing for a long time. On 03/04/2011 contacted the United States Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach, FL and expressed her willingness to speak further with investigators about her activities with EPSTEIN. indicated that EPSTEIN had instructed her to have sex with numerous associates of his both in the United States and overseas. identified several subjects by name and indicated she had records to support her allegations. further advised she could identify several other women that were underage and had engaged in sexual situations with EPSTEIN. was aware of the investigation and was served a letter by Legat in 2008 notifying her she was a victim of a crime.

Miami Division requests country clearance for two case agents to travel to on 03/14/2011 to interview victim in captioned matter. currently lives outside and is a US Citizen. is the victim of a sex crime and a face to face interview at the would be the most appropriate forum to obtain her information.
