Flatley did testify regarding metadata. USAO gave notice to the defense regarding his testimony. Attached is the draft they sent to us if it’s helpful. While Flatley did testify regarding the metadata, the court would not allow him to give opinion as an expert due to the defense’s objections.¶
Hi SDNY is looking for a government witness who previously testified as a “Metadata expert” in order to introduce that same person as an expert in the FTX case. Steve Flatley believes he may have filled this role in your case, but can’t confirm. Do you have any recollection of this? Thanks,¶
