I have had face to face, telephonic (but no VM), email, and text contact with victim¶
Under separate cover, I have forwarded the (5 total) email communications that I either received from, or initiated to, Ms. With respect to text exchanges, I am unhappy to report that these messages were not saved/archived on my cell phone with the Bureau’s update in devices. With that being said, my phone number did not change and these messages are likely retrievable through other means.¶
Cell Phone: unknown given deletion of texts, and fact that failed to save as a Contact in new phone. (I am able to contact her by email to ask for her phone number as needed).¶
I am sorry for the complications. However, do please let me know what else I might be able to do to in order to facilitate my portion of the discovery request.¶

The New York investigation of Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell (50D-NY-3027571) is scheduled for trial on November 29, 2021. For criminal discovery purposes, all communications with any victim/witness/victim’s attorney involved in this investigation will be turned over to the USAO. The communications include text messages, emails and voice mails.¶
