Last night I had a phone conversation with which I was witness to. stated that he has not been subpoenaed nor has he heard from the defense in this case. has not been notified that he is to appear to testify and is unaware that he is on the defense witness list. He stated his last contact with anyone regarding EPSTEIN was with law enforcement back when the search warrant was conducted at the Palm Beach mansion. does not know why anyone would want to call him as a witness because he does not know anything. stated he is willing to speak with prosecutors if they wanted to talk to him.¶
