How does 1PM sound on Thursday 9/10?

As for having an attorney present that is totally up to you. I cannot tell you one way or the other to have one or not. I can tell you we usually leave that decision up to whomever we are speaking with and their comfort level. I just wanted to be clear with you that we are not requiring you to appear in court as it states in the subpoena because you are agreeing to talk virtually. The subpoena explains your advice of rights which is standard that we explain to all witnesses.

Thank you,

I look forward to hearing from you about the dates amd helping where if I can.

Is this something a lawyer is needed for? Sorry I have never had to do something like this. I saw the subpoena mentioned I could but wasn’t sure if it was necessary or not.

Thanks

See attached subpoena. As per our conversation you DO NOT have to appear on that date listed on the subpoena as you agreed to speak with us over video conference. You can retain this though for your records. We will be on touch with some proposed times and dates.

Thanks again,

Detective
