(U) On 07/07/2019 at 4:31 p.m. Eastern Time, date of birth phone number called the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) to report information regarding case no.: 31E-NY-3027571.¶
reported the following information:¶
was a 911 dispatcher for Torrance County, NM from 2001-2005, and remembers receiving “open calls” where no one was on the line. Caller said protocol required them to call back and said several calls were from the residence of Jeffrey Epstein.¶
said after calling Epstein’s number, he often answered the phone and said that it was not necessary to send the police to his residence.¶
said in 2014 or 2015 she remembered talking to then Torrance County Sheriff Heath White, who told that “everything would have been done already” in response to the calls.¶
