attorney indicated that he would prefer that we contact to ask about his availability in the fall for the Maxwell trial. The attorney said that you have his permission to contact directly, and he suggested that you tell that John Reynolds (who is attorney) said it was ok for you to talk to¶
Would you please call me and ask him whether he has any immovable contacts between September and December of this year?¶
The attorney seemed to think that would make himself available whenever we needed him for trial, but it would be good to confirm.¶
