Hi Brittany - OVS is only available for victims that their crimes were committed in New York State. We can ask for the 12 sessions through HQ but Randee will need to request per the new procedures we have set in place with her.¶
Call me tomorrow if you have any questions. I also wanted to make sure that you got my message about OVS for victims that we have not interviewed; that we will be unable to provide a formal police report/FBI crime verification form for them. I did give OVS the case number but if they decide they need the verification form to open up a claim we will need to speak to them. I have discussed with Mandy whis copied here.¶
