A hard drive containing a new discovery production in the above referenced case is now available for pickup at One St. Andrew’s Plaza. Attached please find the accompanying letter. Please note that page 5 of the letter contains a disclosure regarding a witness statement.¶
As indicated in the letter, we are also sending this production, together with copies of prior productions that we have previously discussed, to the MDC for Ms. Maxwell’s review.¶
