I’ve been in touch with , who just let me know she would like to speak with us anytime after 10 AM on Wednesday as she has child care during that time period. She expressed her eagerness to talk with us. I was thinking more of a midafternoon call if you guys are good with that?¶
We heard today from an attorney who represents , who received the subpoena. We’ll keep you posted as we continue to be in touch with her attorney regarding a potential interview.¶

So we are fairly confident we have pinned these 3 down and none of them are in the New York area. As you probably know has made multiple attempts this year to contact and has only gotten the run around from her. As recently as last week she has made an attempt with no call back even though her voicemail states her name is . Given that was recently in communications with Maxwell, and was previously deposed we think it may just be best to subpoena all 3 of them. If you could cut us those subpoenas then early next week we can send out leads to the appropriate FBI offices and have them served ASAP. Feel free to call me tonight to discuss further, if not we can chat next Monday when myself and are both in the office.¶
