In the RSVP language I did modify this sentence, “As the briefing will be held in a federal building, we are also requesting some detailed information.”

…to this sentence…

As the briefing will be held in a federal building, we are requesting some personal information needed to meet security requirements.

Please find attached two documents that need to be reviewed and approved by NY. The first document is a the RSVP questionnaire and the second document is draft language for emails to be sent at a later date. Please let me know if you have questions.
