I’ve confirmed with both Districts… On 10/15/2019, we will meet with SDNY at 10:30 and then EDNY at 3:30. We’ll go direct with and to finalize the agenda. The objective here is to educate both districts on the role/value of using a CAFI and our intended utilization of a CAFI during our investigations going forward (per policy). Additionally, we ought to be prepared to discuss the role of the AUSA in interviews (preventing another Epstein scenario) and expert testimony by CAFIs or agents at trial to help the jury understand victimization in HT matters.¶
For those wondering…Yes, we are also working with team to coordinate a meeting in Florida (of Epstein victims) on the same date. and I will ensure we have both locations covered.¶
