I hope you are well. I am sending you an email before our scheduled conversation later as there are some things I want to say.¶
When we first met early in our conversation, you looked at me and said, “I believe you”. Those words have profoundly affected my weary soul and given me the courage to fight as hard as I can for justice and truth for all of us. Thank you, as I was losing hope. Your litigation against JP Morgan has finally given me the closure of what I always knew about Adam, and I have been protesting to all who would listen for years. It appeared to fall on deaf ears, and I was once again silenced until now. I can finally begin my healing process.¶
I would be honoured if you would use me as a witness to testify in your upcoming trial against JP Morgan, and I give you MY FULL PERMISSION to use any materials I have to achieve justice in your case. I would also like to discuss doing a press release with you ASAP, as Adam, JP Morgan and others need to be held accountable, and the victims and the public deserve to know the truth.¶
Before our call, I would also like to ask if you could help me as I have to find out everything via social media and don’t seem to be getting any straight answers from anyone, including my attorneys.¶
I was scrolling Twitter / X yesterday for any updates on anything JP Morgan-related, and I saw that another victim filed an Objection on behalf of the class on 15th September. My attorneys have not read it yet, but I have and am hoping you have to; if not, I have attached the Objection for your viewing.¶
Please go to page 16, No.6 of the Objection and read till the end. Could you let me know if I am the particular subset of the class mentioned from no 6 onward? You will know this information.¶
Please also help me find out the attorney and firm that filed the Objection, as I would like to contact them ASAP as I, too, am filing an Objection for many reasons.¶
If you can, let me know before we talk, as that will depend on whether Jennifer will join us.¶
