I spoke to . Final decision still not made, awaiting meeting with AG tomorrow. I think it’s pretty certain but not done deal yet. hoping to give us 2 hours notice. They do have a statement prepared so of they do this it won’t be quiet.¶
asked if we are speaking to JMD tomorrow (he spoke to ). I told him I’m not sure we connected yet but would do so first thing in am if we haven’t. He’s good with that. Let me know when done.¶
