The purpose of this memo is to provide Office of the Inspector General (OIG) investigative materials in reference to Correctional Officers Michael Thomas and Tova Noel(OIG# 2019-010614/OIA# 2019-05324). The BOP made a request for material related to Thomas and Noel’s OIG interviews. The OIG has not completed its investigative work related to this matter. This case is no longer being prosecuted and therefore the material is being provided for administrative purposes.¶
