Pursuant to a Proffer Agreement, was interviewed at the United States Attorneys Office of the Southern District of New York, 1 St. Andrews, New York, New York. In attendance for the Proffer interview were Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA), AUSA, FBI Special Agent (SA), New York Police Department (NYPD) Detective, and Office of Inspector General (OIG) SA.¶
