On August 10, 2019, Special Investigative Section (SIS) Lieutenant of the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), escorted Special Agent (SA) SA Task Force Officer New York City Police Detective to JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S assigned cell, Special Housing Unit, L-Tier, Cell 220, MCC, 150 Park Row, New York, New York. Also escorted by SIS Lieutenant and present during the search were City of New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) Deputy Director of Forensic Investigations and OCME Investigator Escorted at a later time was Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Special Agent¶

The following item was seized by OCME Investigator after it was brought up to L-tier from the MCC 2nd floor medical ward by BOP nurse/medic¶

• clothing released from New York Presbyterian Hospital¶
