Counting rounds are to be infrequent (ie: 30-40 min) rounds so inmates cannot anticipate the exact time the CO appears on the range.

Whenever the call is complete, Co calls the count in to control. Whenever the count is initiated Co calls it in to Control as well.

There are folders for the day shift, that compile all the count verification time/count sheets for the specific day.

All doors that are opened must be called to “control” to open or “pop” the door.

There are 2 door; external & internal doors. Control pops the external door, internal officer car pops the internal door.

Does not know if them is a record of doors that have been opened by ” Control ”.

6:33 A.M. H1T body alarm (Cieukrant) Body alarm check, medical emergency.

Control called 911 (control has direct route to EMS) right after body alarm medical emergency at 6:53 a.m.

Did not know what was happening but called EMS for immediate response

Recalls allowing / operating elevators up & down. Many ypl in out to include stretcher. Calls can be being made for doors opened & movements.
