(U) Writer served as Duty Agent on 10/21/2019 at the FBI Tucson Resident Agency, and received the attached mail. Based on the legible portions of the complaint mail, it appears that Inmate RONALD D. WOLFGUTS (WOLFGUTS) #13314-073, claims to have intelligence about an unknown person. WOLFGUTS also writes about JEFFREY EPSTEIN, the alleged sex-trafficker. In total, the complaint mail is illegible, and therefore, is being submitted to the zero file.¶
