Good Morning,

I apologize for the delay in response, but I had signed a non-disclosure agreement with the FBI and had to get them to clear me to respond. When I went to Quantico we found that the system had lost two drives. One drive had failed a couple weeks before the second drive (I don’t remember the exact date). The second drive failed on August 8th , which caused the raid array to fail. The recorders are designed to allow one drive to fail, after two drives fail you lose recording. Both Jeff McKenzie and Jeff Cranor worked on this case with the Comm Tech onsite. I have listed the FBI contact information along with both Jeff McKenzie and Jeff Cranor.

FBI Agent I worked with was

I don’t have his number.

Jeff McKenzie cell number is: 571-294-1016

Jeff Cranor cell number is: 913-300-1752
