Is it accurate to say that she is asking a judge to ban prosecutors from using the words “victims,” “minor victims” or allegations of “rape” by Jeffrey Epstein in front of a jury at her trial?¶
Could you also advise on hose usual or unusual that is in the context of the American legal system? We are trying to figure out if it is particularly newsworthy that she has applied for this.¶
