Judge Maxwell issued the attached opinion this afternoon – it resolves the majority of the defense’s pretrial motions. I wanted to pass this along and say thanks so much for your invaluable guidance as we briefed these issues – in particular, the statute of limitations issue, which was perhaps the thorniest.
