Good Morning,

I’m trying to update 2020 trial calendar. Can you please send me a list of your unit’s trials through June 2020. Please include the trial name, the AUSA(s), the assigned judge and a very small summary of what the trial is about.

Thanks very much for your cooperation. Enjoy your day!

I wanted to check in on this since I know you are out for a week starting COB today. Thanks again for your help.

Best,

On Aug 3, 2021, at 6:53 PM,

Thanks, John. Apologies for the delayed response. In light of your email, I removed the request for Epstein’s and Maxwell’s border crossing and made a few other small tweaks in the attached. I also attached a redline for your convenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss.

Thanks again,

Lara

I made a few clarifying edits and think this is ready to go with one exception:

You have added to this a request related to Epstein’s and Maxwell’s border crossings. We can ask for that, but I think this will make the UKCA pause and give this greater scrutiny. They might think that we are trying to get information about P. Andrew, which will cause them to spend time wringing their hands. Ordinarily, we would make an inquiry about border crossing information on a police to police basis first, to see what is there. This one has a tight deadline, and is sensitive, so an MLA request (if you really need this stuff) should be on record.
