• DVD: the court has been in touch with victims?

• don’t know what that means; and press office send out info; we have not shared contact info for victims with the Court; maybe he means just posting on docket?

• DVD: probably just means on the docket; if have an opportunity, will ask Christine; did he do direct contact with Epstein victims?

• after Epstein died, RMB asked for name and contact info of victim counsel; had victim counsel visit him in chambers before the nolle conference

• DVD: is he calling DiPietro?

• we have not provided name, contact info for anyone; would be stunned if he was reaching out to victim counsel, but do not object to you asking Christine; we also don’t want RMB contacting the victims

• we plan to say as little as possible before Judge Wang

• did you already send hard drive?

• DVD: sent it yesterday

• will tell agent to be on the look-out; we are working on stamping discovery; will let you know whether drive or USAfx
